LL - I used to believe in the concept of spiritual "coverings." My current conviction is that we perpetuate spiritual infancy when we direct the affections of any believer to the example of a man more than the person of Christ.
ReplyDeleteI used to believe in it, too, James. But after seeing it used as a tool of abuse and control too many times, I finally started questioning - and it just didn't stand up to scrutiny.
